Requirements (mostly about personality): 
  1. Young, energetic and ‘modern’ thinking is a must, ideally under 25. 
  2. Females preferred. 
  3. Able to work shifts on weekdays, night, Poya’s, holidays etc. Must be flexible. 
  4. Eager to build experience. 
  5. Understanding of customer-centric work mentality. 
  6. Polite, clean, hard-working, eager to prove themselves. 
  7. Able to problem solve quickly to make customers happy. 
  8. Able to learn, listen, take instructions etc. 
  9. Able to handle stressful work situations (food service during peak times) and remain calm.
