Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre)

Requirements - Successful completion of GCE O/L and AL or any equivalent qualification. Work experience in a similar capacity is preferable, however it is not mandatory and school leavers are welcome to apply. Age should be below 25 years. Poses an outstanding customer service etiquette. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Pleasant and energetic disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
