Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in customer service and a strong typing speed of at least 30 WPM. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and complaints through text communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain a high typing speed (minimum 30 WPM) to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to improve processes and service quality.
- Stay informed about company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably through text communication.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
