Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in customer service and a strong typing speed of at least 30 WPM. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and complaints through text communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a high typing speed (minimum 30 WPM) to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to improve processes and service quality.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably through text communication.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
