Qualifications and Experience

Should possess excellent communication skills.

Should be fluent in English and Sinhala. Trilingual would be an added advantage.

Should posses experience in customer service or a similar position
-
GCE O/L and GCE A/L passed
-
Qualifications in marketing from a recognized university or any other equal qualification in the same field will be an added advantage.

Age below 35 years.
Job Role
-
Process applications and speak to merchants and customers virtually.
-
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer/merchant queries and requirements.

Able to build & maintain strong business relationships with different types of customers/merchants
-
Liaise with relevant departments internally in providing resolutions to customer/merchant queries and requirements.
