Qualifications and Experience

  • Should possess excellent communication skills.

  • Should be fluent in English and Sinhala. Trilingual would be an added advantage.

  • Should posses experience in customer service or a similar position

  • GCE O/L and GCE A/L passed

  • Qualifications in marketing from a recognized university or any other equal qualification in the same field will be an added advantage.

  • Age below 35 years.

     

 

Job Role  

  • Process applications and speak to merchants and customers virtually.

  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer/merchant queries and requirements.

  • Able to build & maintain strong business relationships with different types of customers/merchants

  • Liaise with relevant departments internally in providing resolutions to customer/merchant queries and requirements.
