Position: Customer Service

Location: Nugegoda

Salary: 20,000/- to 25,000/- Depend of experience and capabilities

Working Days: 6 Days in a Week (Generally Saturday off) 

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job description: Attend customer call and follow up the riders till product delivery. Increase the sales contacting regular customers. Entry necessary information in to company ERP systems. Attend calls after office hours and forward to the Night Manager.

 

Requirements:    

•    Sinhala Speaking nicely and manage English language will be advantage.
  

•   Willing to work hard and as a Team

• Experience in same category 

• Computer Literacy
