Customer Care Job Opportunities

At least 2 passes at the GCE A/L Examination. A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage. 3 years experience in the service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality is advantageous. Fluency in Sinhala and English is a must, while knowledge of Tamil would be definite advantage. Will be required to work extended hours on roster basis (night shifts included).
