Customer Care Executive

We are looking for Customer Operations executive who would be able ownership Effectively manipulating Customer issues, Complaints and inquiries keeping Satisfied. Requirements - Previous experience in a Customer support role would be an added advantage. Possesses leadership role. Fluency in Sinhala & English (Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage). Willing to work on an Evening/Night roster. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
