Responsibilities:

  • Profit and Loss responsibility of the Sri Lankan entity.
  • Statutory compliance with all applicable local laws.
  • Overall HR management of the team members in Sri Lanka.
  • ISO9001, ISO27001 and other compliance and audit requirements from time to time.
  • Hiring and growing the team in Sri Lanka.
  • Overall responsibility of logistics like office etc.
  • Overall delivery responsibility of the assigned projects.
  • Procurement of any required material and services.

Experience & Skills - Must Have

  • 8+ years of IT experience preferably SAP experience.
  • Experience of 2-3 implementations/support SAP projects as an Architect, Project Manager, Consultant or Business Analyst.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Good overall knowledge of various SAP modules and their inter-linkages SAP PM/CS, MM, HR, FICO, WM, CRM, SCM etc.
  • Experience of leading a team.

Experience & Skills - Nice to Have

  • Experience as a country head for another company.
  • Experience in enterprise mobility and related SAP tools set
  • Architecture and Design of SAP based solutions for a variety of products and projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Workforce management solutions experience.
  • Experience of working in product development environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management and Materials Management module
