Flexible approach to working hours and prepared to work as part of a team. Day to day preparation of food and the running of the kitchen. You are responsible to give excellent service to guests & also assist co-workers in performing all hotel duties in order to meet the set hotel standard and qualities. Must have experience of cooking Sri Lankan & western cuisine, ideally with pastry& dessert making skills. Have to have minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a star hotel. English Speaking skills would be an added advantage.
