Commi 1 Pastry – The Lakeside at Nuwarawewa

1) Have training from a recognized institution in Food & Beverage. 2) have at least two years experience as Commi 1 in a star rated hotel with thorough working knowledge in pastry sections including assorted bread making, desserts and cakes. 3) Be a team player and but yet be able to handle responsibility, 4) Be able to work under pressure and yet produce excellent results consistently.
