Senior Tech Lead

Primary Responsibilities - Work directly with customers to analyses business problems and propose web and mobile technical solutions within a given budget and a timeline. Develop systems and processes to reduce redundant work, so your team can work on new and innovative solutions. Work with the team to standardize processes and build frameworks to deliver software more efficiently. Hire, mentor and lead junior team members to become future leaders. Perform code-reviews and guide team members Grow your team to move forward to our next stage of growth. To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills 5+ years of hands-on commercial software development experience. Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Be an effective communicator. You can comprehend and pass the information to the right people at the right time. Broad understanding of full-stack technologies, including PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, Real-time communications, iOS and/or Android. You’re always curious about latest technical advancements. You can explain complex technical solutions in simple terms. You have some understanding of HCI (Human Computer Interaction).
