The ideal candidate should be between 30 - 40 years of age and possess a qualification from a reputed Hotel School and a certification related to food, safety and hygiene. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity or a minimum of 4 years in a Supervisory position in a 4-5 star class hotel is required. Excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, knowledge in system certification requirements and the ability to work independently are key competencies sought.
