Chief Operating Officer

• Degree or equivalent in Management/Finance from recognized university/Institution or Full qualification from Institute of Bankers and a MBA from recognized university. • Qualifications and Experience in Marketing will be an added advantage. • 15 years' of experience of which minimum of 5 years' experience in senior position in Financial Sector. • Must have direct exposure to Lending including Leasing, Recoveries and Branch Operations. • Professional written and verbal communication skills including influencing, group facilitation and persuading others. • The ability to at least converse in Tamil would be an added advantage. • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office. • Age between 40 to 50 years.
