Candidates must have degree / diploma / craft certification in International Cookery from recognized Hotel School or equivalent with minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen as a CHEF DE PARTIE. Candidates with 5 star hotel experience and those who have health and safety training will be given priority. Proficiency in English Language is a must. Be able to reach 212cms standing on tip toes. Candidates will be assigned to serve in flight First Class and Business Class.
