Chef De Partie
Should have a diploma or similar qualification in cookery from a recognized hotel school with at least one year experience in a 2 star hotel or better as Chef de Partie or Commi 1.
Have hands on experience in preparing a wide range of Sri Lankan and Western Cuisine.
be able to work with minimum supervision and be a practitioner of HACCP standards.
Be a team player, be able to work under pressure and yet produce excellent results.
