Channel Development Executive

Job Description:
1. Recruitment of DACC’s and DACP’s based on targets set by company.
2. Build & maintain good relationship with copy centres owners by making frequent visits.
3. Plan & execute BTL programs for DACC and to ensure full participation and smooth running of promotions.
4. Team leadership within DACC- SL department to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Work closely with HQ to coordinate DACC activities.
6. Ensure all activities are in line with the timeline and budgets set by company.
7. Assist DACCs owners to liaise with distributors when need arise.
8. Manage DACC P&L.
9. To explore & work with HQ team on other projects.
Requirement:
- Local nationality with age 25-32 yrs.
- Education : Must have at least Bachelor Degree
- Min 3 years at Sales & Marketing Management
- Background: FMCG, Paper or other related consumer industry.
- Good English communication skills.
