We are looking for dynamic young individuals with excellent customer support skills to fill Call Centre Representative positions. An attractive remuneration package awaits those who meet expected excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to take ownership for effectively managing customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Build positive, sustainable relationships with customers

• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database

• Frequently update your knowledge on your area of customer support to improve performance level

Requirements:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus

• Be Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task and set priorities

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Ability to function in a team environment
