Salary: 20K for school leaver no experience, 25K to 35K with experience and night shift allowance
Working days: 365 days (shift basis)
Working hours: 9 hours
Job description:
- Answering calls, documenting in the system, using the website to make reservations on behalf of customer after the customer query on the phone.
Requirements:
- English, Tamil and Sinhala language skills, need to have experience woking in a call center previously.
