Qualifications and experience

  • Should be able to converse in English / Sinhala or Tamil fluently
  • Ability to work at both team and individual level in a competitive environment
  • Should be able to work on a Roster basis
  • Candidate should posses excellent Customer Service skills

 

Job Role

  • Attend to Customer inquiries
  • Follow up on Customer requests and complaints
  • Maintain Confidentiality
  • Developing relationship with clients
