- 1 to 2 years experience as a team leader or a relevant supervisory role
- Should be highly fluent in English
- Students from higher education institutes are encouraged to apply
Job Role
- Supervising and directing call center agents
- Ensuring a smooth process at all times
- Making calls and fixing appointments with foreign clients
Personal Attributes and skills
- Should possess goof leadership skills
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Loud and clear voice would be an advantage
