You should ideally;
- be below 30 years of age.
- have passed the GCE O/L exam, with credit passes for English and Mathematics (in the 1st sitting).
- have passed the GCE A/L with 3 passes in one sitting (excluding General English as a subject)
- full or part qualification in CIM or any other similar sales/marketing qualification will be an added advantage
- have a good command of the English language.
- possess at least eight years of experience in promoting and selling financial services and products. Those with less experience may be considered for Junior Business Development positions.
The chosen candidates will be assigned targets and will be expected to canvass new business. They will also be involved in organizing marketing campaigns and will be expected to build and grow a client portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service.
