Qualifications and experience
- Possess a degree in IT
- 4-5 years’ experience as Business Analyst
- Sound knowledge in requirement elicitation techniques, documentation methods and SDLC.
- IIBA (CBAP) would be an added advantage
Personal Attributes and skills
- Time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Energetic personality with excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing timelines
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups across different cultures and time zones
- Strong planning and organizational skills
