Building Maintenance Technician
The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of building. This will include electrical work, painting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and ground work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing similar responsibilities
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to take and follow directions and work independently
- Ability to work on call as needed
- High level of dependability
- Ability to commute to work location quickly in case of emergency strongly preferred
