BRAND MANAGER (CONSUMER HEALTHCARE)
Role Profile

Lead development and implementation of brand strategy and execution plans of the brand assigned, while taking accountability for the Brand P&L.

Monitor market trends, collate and analyse data, evaluate performance of the Brand with internal and external matrices, in order to formulate plans to improve Key Performance Indicators of the Brand

Understand, develop and apply knowledge of consumer behaviour and insights in the process of developing Brand strategy and market execution.

Identify opportunities across marketing mix and proactively recommend initiatives to drive Brand growth

Effectively plan, budget and implement Advertising and Promotional investments of the Brand, in order to achieve business objectives.

Lead end to end Communication and NPD management with cross functional and external agency collaboration.
Personal Profile
-
A Degree from a University/reputed Institute ora full qualification in CIM or equivalent
-
An MBA from a reputed University/Institute will be advantageous
-
A successful track record with minimum 5 years of experience preferably in FMCG industry
-
A high level of energy, initiative, leadership and analytical skills
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-
Age below 35 years
