Branch Managers; • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a Bank, of which at least 2 years should be in managing a branch. • Degree in Finance/Banking from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualifications • Knowledge in Islamic Banking will be a definite advantage but not mandatory • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills Assistant Branch Managers; • A minimum of 6 years' experience in a Bank/Financial Institution • Diploma in Banking Finance or equivalent professional qualifications • Knowledge in Islamic Finance will be a definite advantage but not mandatory • Excellent communication and analytical skills
