•   Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Business or similar.	
•   Relevant experience in similar capacity.
	
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE;
•   Strong knowledge of Banquet Operations.	
•   Leadership skills to create a winning team.	
•   Ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer	loyalty.
•   Be computer literate.	
•   Excellent command of English & Sinhala both written and	spoken, Tamil will be an advantage.
