Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification2 year’s related experience in engineering.
Minimum 2 years in Senior QA Engineer designation and role with minimum1 Year in a QA Lead Role
Advance QA certification from any recognized organization
Should be acquainted with Test Management Tools, QA automation/performance tools and should be able to learn and adapt to new tools.
Ability to understand business need from technical point of view.
*provide guidance on test approach and tools for desiging to come up with test scenarios, Suggest technical solutions for test automation
*Ability to design and develop test strategies and review them for better quality
*Help on troubleshooting issues
*Analyzing results
*Technical advice on open defects
*Support the Project team on Automation or Performance testing by creating and executing automation/performance scripts
*Participate in trainings provided by the organization and effectively apply them in day today activities while sharing the knowledge with rest of the members
*Mentor and manage the SQE Team - Give constructive timely feedback to the reportees and followup feedback for better improvements
