As a result of our continued success and rapidly growing business in the financial services and enterprise segment, we have a need for the below mentioned cadres to manage and support our customers in the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Fast learn the current implemented solutions in the market by DMSE and required to achieve thorough knowledge on their architecture and technology implemented.

• Research on emerging new technology in the payment industry and plan on possible means of integrating them into the existing solutions.

• An Enthusiastic listener to learn customer problems and conditions to prepare a clear list of customer needs.

• Understand the customer requirements, technical specifications, Mandatory compliance requirements issued by various controlling bodies of Payment industry and articulate them in to specifications for payment IT equipment manufacturers and/or Firmware/ Software/ Applications developers.

• Build strong relationship with product principles on the development needs.

The Ideal Person:

• Should have degree in the field of IT/Electronic/Communication or Diploma in those fields Plus at least 3 years working experience. Experience in the Banking and Finance sectors is an added advantage.

• Excellent written, communication and customer service skills together with the ability to form close relationships with customers at all levels.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and ability to work in tight deadlines within constraints.

• Must have self-confidence, discipline and extraordinary commitment

• Should possess a good understanding on the software development environment.

• Willingness to work extra hours to deliver customer expectations.

• Applicant must be willing to work overseas projects at short notice (if required)
