We are looking to hire an assistant for our General Manager for a Villa near Hikkaduwa to perform the on-site duties, lead the staff and ensure an outstanding service and excellent maintenance of the facilities to attract international clientele.

We expect the successful candidate to support the General Manager to uplift the overall experience to high international standards and independently improve and optimize the facilities.


 - Responsibility for all on-site duties with regards to guest visits to maintain and enhance the overall quality of the facilities as well as optimizing the offered services

- Learn to manage expenses and petty cash accounts in co-operation with the manager

- High degree of independent work to use vacant days to improve overall setting

- Creation and development of a unique guest experience to ensure overall customer satisfaction

- Coordinating, monitoring and improving daily routines during guest visits

- Be responsible for scheduled regular tasks and procedures by on-site staff

- Supervising staff to achieve highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene on the premises

Candidate Profile:

- English-speaking and experience in the servicing sector

- Leadership skills to instruct, motivate and develop on-site staff

- High attention to detail and thrive to perfectionism

- In-depth knowledge of required international hygiene standards and quality expectations

- Knowledge of cultural differences and preferences of international guests

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel
