Our Client is a leading apparel company in Sri Lanka.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree/Diploma in mgt or a part qualifications in CIMA
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Job Role
- Provide administrative support for the centralized program enrollment such as maintaining registration forms and supporting documents
- Payment follow up with NIKE WHQ whilst coordinating with the relevant parties on a timely basis
- Facilitate the graduation ceremony of all programs conducted in Sri Lanka
- Conduct petty cash reconciliation
- Forecasting and preparation of costs to launching new programs
- Coordinate foreign travel for programs
- Communicate with NOS community
