Our Client is a leading apparel company in Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree/Diploma in mgt or a part qualifications in CIMA
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Role

  • Provide administrative support for the centralized program enrollment such as maintaining registration forms and supporting documents
  • Payment follow up with NIKE WHQ whilst coordinating with the relevant parties on a timely  basis
  • Facilitate the graduation ceremony of all programs conducted in Sri Lanka
  • Conduct petty cash reconciliation
  • Forecasting and preparation of costs to launching new programs
  • Coordinate foreign travel for programs
  • Communicate with NOS community
