Assistant Manager Business Development

Our client is a premier property development and investment holding Company in the country.

Key Responsibility
 Assisting with the publicity of sales projects which would secure sales
 Develop market communication and company brand improvement
 Leasing and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
 Carrying out marketing research and monitoring competitor activity and analysis of market trends
 Maintaining databases of customer inquiries

The Individual

 Should be result oriented with the ability to meet targets
 Possessing strong relationship management skills
 Holding a qualification in Marketing / Sales / Business Management
 Minimum of 08 to 10 years’ of experience in the field
 Experience in property or real estate /banking / insurance / luxury automobile industry is a definite added.
 Age between 30 to 45 years
 Excellent oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills (ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage)
