Profile

The individual should be self motivated and ambitious with the passion to drive customer engagements to the next level while enjoying work with minimum supervision and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the business operation.

Responsibilities

Ø  Driving post sales & subscription business model.

Ø  Support new product launches/campaigns.

Ø  Identifying & converting exiting customer requirements to new business opportunities.

Ø  Enhance post sales customer support process while fulling the deliverable.

Experience

Ø  Minimum 2-3 Years experience in the relevant  scope..

Ø  Degree in a relevant sector or should hold at Full/Part Qualification in CIM/ SLIM or otherwise experience gained to meet similar capacity.

Ø  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ø  Age Limit: below 32 Years
