- Degree / HKD in Accountancy
- Charted Part II or equivalent
- Having sound understanding of accounting principles and practices
- 3-6 years of experience in accountancy field and 1 year as an Accountant
- Computer literacy
- 2 years experience with construction firm as an Accountant
