<p><span><img alt="" src="/logo/0000000233/2569_Admin header.jpg" style="height: 372px;width: 1042px;"/></span></p> <h2><span><span><strong>Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (Human Resources)</strong></span></span></h2> <p> </p> <h3><span><span><strong>Accountabilities, Deliverables and Challenges</strong></span></span></h3> <p><span><span>•Proactively source candidates through search engines, candidate pools, social media websites, referrals, networking, and other avenues</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Assist with compiling job description and job advertisements</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Ensure all applications are digitally recorded and short listed and sent to panels to interview in a timely and efficient manner</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Collaborate with recruiters, operations staff and other human resources staff to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Ownership of and digital and manual maintenance of applicant tracking systems, spread sheets, and other tools to manage the requisition approval process, incoming resumes and applicant shortlisting processes</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Schedule phone and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring manager and/or team members</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Conduct HR interviews and ensure candidates are evaluated on Pearson Values</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Complete reference checks on all potential candidates and review findings with hiring manager prior to job offer</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Assist with initial onboarding by creating offer letters</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Ensure all candidates that are unsuccessful get a “thank you” letter and warrant appropriate follow-up with the rejected candidates</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop active and passive candidate pipelines.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Conducts regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitments done</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Identify and source appropriate internal talent for current and future open roles within the organization</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Assists in branding to ensure Pearson as an “employer of choice” for both internal employees and external candidates</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Represent Pearson and assist with campus recruitments and job fairs etc</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Assist in coordinating and running soft skill training programmes for fresh graduates and students</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and assist with internal and external audits</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Work collaboratively with others in Human Resources to continually improve the service provided to all stakeholders</span></span></p> <p> </p> <h3> </h3> <h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span><span><strong>Education, Qualifications and background</strong></span></span></h3> <p><span><span>•Degree in HR and/or Professional Qualification in HR with preferably 2- 3 years’ experience in recruitment or Human Resources</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Strong Team contributor, sharing ideas, knowledge and best practices</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Have a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Social media savvy; ability to leverage social media to connect with top talent</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•<strong>Past experience in recruiting IT personal will definitely be an added advantage</strong></span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information and to uphold the highest level of confidentiality</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic IT environment</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Please submit your CV using the following link <a href="http://pearsonlankavacancies.peopleshr.com/">http://pearsonlankavacancies.peopleshr.com/</a></span></p>
