<p><strong>POSITION – SALES ASSOCIATES</strong></p> <p><strong>SALARY: Rs. 21,000 + COMMISSIONS</strong></p> <p><strong>Take Home Salary: Maximum Rs. 75,000 (More Sales, More Revenue)</strong></p> <p>One of our prestigious clients who is the leading Telecommunication industry is looking for <strong>Sales Associates </strong>for their regional business partners to work in their particular regional offices as mentioned below immediately.</p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL LOCATION – REGIONS:</strong></p> <p>(COLOMBO / GALLE)</p> <p><strong>KEY FOCUS AREAS & ACCOUNTABILITIES – BUSINESS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the region</li> <li>Visit Sales locations to demonstrate/explain product offers and pre-verify customer outstanding, obtain necessary documentations and connection fee from customers.</li> <li>Delivery Cash and Carry products to the customer.</li> <li>Shall ensure that documentations are filled correctly and up-to required standards.</li> <li>Ensure daily sales activation documents reach the BP Supervisor and follow-up activation.</li> <li>Maintain Weekly/Monthly Sales Funnel and follow-up on leads to ensure maximum closure of sales leads.</li> <li>Shall attend monthly meetings with BP Supervisor/RGSS to review performances and to resolve performance barriers.</li> <li>Obtain assistance from BP Supervisor to resolve complex sales scenarios</li> <li>Shall execute the Sales Execution plan for allocated customers in the region and obtain support from the BP Supervisor to open up complex leads.</li> <li>Shall seek out net new customers to Dialog and suggest attractive product offers.</li> <li>Shall provide a forecast of required sales/demo unit stocks and re-order the same when required.</li> <li>Accountability for demo stocks and booths.</li> <li>Ensure product offer and process knowledge is up-to- date and request BP Supervisor for training if required.</li> <li>Shall provide input for BP Supervisor on region-wise market trends, new/customized product/Lesi pay requirements</li> <li>Setup Tier–II and Tier-III booths on locations and coordinate with respective BP supervisor for Tier-I booths</li> <li>Execute efficient Sales Promotions in the region</li> <li>Maintain smooth customer relations and obtain support from the GFSS and Customer Operations team</li> </ul> <p><strong>KEY FOCUS AREAS & ACCOUNTABILITIES – MANAGEMENT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain excellent relationship with admin staff and customer base</li> <li>Personally involve in solving customer related issues</li> <li>Maintain excellent relationship with customer’s base</li> <li>Maintain a monthly visit itinerary in order to adequately cover maximum sales locations</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>GCE A/L and</li> <li>More than 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage</li> </ul> <p>Apply now if you are interested to: <a href="mailto:local@gulfjobs.lk" style="color: rgb(150, 30, 30);"><strong>local@gulfjobs.lk</strong></a></p>
