<p>Relationship Executives / Trainee Relationship Executives<br/>Locations-(Jaffna, Galle, Kurunegala, Negombo, Matara, Badulla (Uva))<br/><br/>Job Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Plan, execute and achieve assigned Sales objectives through assigned Bank branches whilst achieving set sales target.<br/><br/>Visit and conduct presentations and training to get the bank staff to commit to earn a higher fee income.<br/><br/>Establish, maintain and grow trusting relationships with prospective and existing bank partners.<br/><br/>Carry out sales promotional activities to generate more leads from branches. </p><p> Experience and skills:<br/><br/>Passed A/L and/or certificate or Diploma level qualification from a recognized institute.<br/><br/>Previous experience in Financial Services Sales would be an added advantage.<br/><br/>A good communicator ,effective negotiator with an outgoing personality.<br/><br/>School leavers who have done team sports are encouraged to apply.<br/></p>
