<p><strong>Designation - Merchandiser </strong></p> <p><strong>Division - </strong> <strong>VS Apparel & Lingerie </strong></p> <p><strong>Staff Type –</strong> <strong>Permanent</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage order placement as well as changes in placed orders with mill and vendor base</li> <li>Capacity and projection management</li> <li>Building, checking and follow up on time and action calendars.</li> <li>Work closely with vendors, mill, internal teams as well as the US teams on day to day communication and follow up</li> <li>Weekly OSR meetings with vendor teams</li> <li>Work with the internal cross functional team to resolve production issues that may come up in production</li> <li>Participate and follow up on work-in- progress calls and weekly calls with vendor and US partners</li> <li>SAP system work – run costs, update compliance questionnaire for new styles and work with the India team (Central Order Management team) for any changes required.</li> <li>Liaise with Columbus & India team on issues related to system updates, purchase orders, claims and any other system related work</li> <li>Work very closely with internal graphic, raw materials and tech team where needed for product development and order execution.</li> <li>Liaise with the factory teams on updates and revisions ,working towards ensuring that vpos are updated at all time with correct delivery dates, ship modes and costs.</li> <li>Liability management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Management or similar area</li> <li>5+ years’ experience in the apparel industry</li> <li>Well organized, analytical, attention to detail, good communication skills and be able to work independently</li> <li>Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel)</li> <li>Excellent command in English (Both spoken & written)</li> <li>A good team player with a proactive outlook and drive towards excellence</li> </ul>
