<p><strong style="text-align: justify;">Our client is a leading International company supporting business of manufacturing and supplying high quality garments to top brands in the US and European market and head office based in Hong Kong.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications and experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">NIFT or equivalent.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Should have work experience 4-6 yrs preferably in Woven Bottom Wear Garments</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Graduate with specialization in IE / certification in GSD is an added merit.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Job Role</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Do IE bulletins in the beginning of the season based on techpacks and sketches to enable planning department to forecast manpower</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Do style simplification study along with Technical department to minimize the work content /smv of the garment .Make a detailed operation bulletin covering operation break down, smv , machine, attachments , manpower allocation , balancing strategy.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Generate new operations which are not in the existing data bank.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Prepare IE file consist of approved OB , layout, machinery plan to handover to production/maintenance department.
