<p> </p> <p><strong>Careers in IT Sector</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Leading multinational IT Sector currently looking out for candidates for the following position: </p> <p><strong><u>EUS Desk Side Engineer</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Roles and responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ol> <li>Providing end user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and any other end user related assets for incidents reported or service request fulfillment</li> <li>Ensure resolutions given are acceptable for the users.</li> <li>Carry out the above support tasks within the timelines agreed with the support of correct use of internal systems/tools/resources etc</li> <li>Record & update trouble tickets/service requests with resolution information in a timely , accurate and clear manner.
