<p>Cook for boat<br/>Sail Lanka Charter PVT LTD operates a fleet of sailing boats around the country, proposing day and overnight excursions for foreign tourists from Mirissa, Beruwela, Pasikudah, Trincomalee and Talaimannar.<br/>We are looking for a cook or a person with cooking experience, mainly international dishes. Cooking takes places on the boat in a relatively small kitchen, including day trips and overnight trips up to 6 nights, during which you will stay on-board with the crew. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, from all our locations around the island, knows some English, friendly personality, willing to learn and is creative with new menu items. Duties include preparing food, buying ingredients, making menus, cleaning the kitchen, taking stocks and assisting the rest of the crew with other boat duties.
