<p><strong>Job Title- Chinese Reservation Agent</strong></p> <p><strong>Our Client is a leading company in Hospitality and Tourism sector originally based in Hong Kong.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Chines Nationality fluent in both English and Mandarin</li> <li>Graduate from any Business or related field</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent in a reservation certification program</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Load rates to all OTO/OTA, maintain records, compare competitors, and generate reports and presents to sales team.</li> <li>Maintain visibility of all properties, upload recent pictures and change material on regular interval.</li> <li>Issue stop sales when property is full and utilize promotions to yield and increase occupancy.</li> <li>Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions.</li> <li>Explain resort products, service and other information about the resort as requested.</li> <li>Sell process and enter and confirm room reservations using selling techniques and strategies.</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, and hours of operation as well as dining options currently available.</li> <li>Assist guests with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction.
