Key responsibilities would include;</span></span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Identifying and aligning training needs of the Group</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Developing the training plan for the Group</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Conducting soft skill and management training programmes</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Designing soft skill training programmes</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Identifying improvement areas of existing programmes and developing them</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Executing logistical arrangements for training programmes</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Liaising with external trainers</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Evaluating effectiveness of training conducted</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Managing the training module of the HR information system</span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Preparing reports for management decision making</span></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting soft skills training and a Degree in HR or Management. Possessing a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Training & Development or Psychology would be advantageous.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span><span>Applicants should have an excellent command of English.
